I've got a question about a certain type of land that I have seen around in my state. On a topographical map, they are labeled as "spoils", and basically all they are is a pumping ground for muck that they dredge off the bottoms of waterways, ie. canals, rivers, etc...I was wondering if anyone in the country has anything around them like this and if they are allowed to ride in them? I think these would be great riding areas, their open, (at least on maps they are). They just look like they would fit the bill. Any info would be great. Later...
