Ok in Louisville there is a state park that is known for its mud, and offroading, but as a friend and I found out it is not a legal place to go!
After hearing numerous people rant and rave about the perfect mud and the great trails in a park called fishermans park we decided to take out two atvs there for a little picture takeing, and we had a hell of a 1/2 day, more mud that you could imagine, and to our astonishment no signs that said wether 4wheeling was legal or illegal, so we felt fine, but when we came back and reloaded the trailers we noticed a car pulling in the entrance, then comeing towards us. The about 10yards away the lights flickked on, full blue/red and the ultra cop bright lights, then came 2 more cop cars they treated us like we killed someone, wrote us all up under destruction of property and criminal tresspassing.

3 court visits we just had to pay a 300$ each fee to the parks dept!

Just remember if some one tells you that it is ok check it out first!
