This has nothing to do with your topic but I just had to say something.

Every MN rider I have seen has a sports machine. It would be fun if we could go riding, but I dont think you guys want to ride rack deep mud, and I dont want to go 90mph(I would if my machine would go that fast) down a trail or huge hills.

Ds650baja and MNRIPPER,

I think I am heading up next weekend to the OHV park. I am going to make reservations at the Holiday Inn in Eveleth.

The woman and I are going to head up Friday afternoon after work and spend the day driving home late saturday as we have commitments Sunday morning.

We will be bringing a sport quad as well as a Traxter Xt. Unlike most "sport" riders I dig getting dirty especially when she is there to pull me out.

If you have any interest hooking up shoot me an email.

Later guys and have a good weekend.

Scott

I was reading on the AMA Disctict 23 website, and I think you will be okay. Yamaha YZ-250's were passing sound check as were other Two stoke Mx'ers and they are pretty LOUD. The only thing that didnt pass was a Yamaha 4-stroke 426/450 I am not sure which, but it had an aftermarket pipe as well.

I would bring both pipes if I were you, Or stick a sock (or something to help dampen the sound) in the muffler until you get by (prolly not the most honest way, but I just thought of it). =-)
