Bunch of us are heading to Ocala for Saturday. Looking for the best place to park for trails access, also want to do some bar-b-que'ing to replenish energy.

Heard that Big Scrub is a good place.

Yea, Big Scrub is a really good place. There's also alot of riding trails and some mud holes too in the National Forest. Big Scrub has hours and hours, even days of riding. It's even pretty busy at night too. Have fun.

Never been up there yet, so we are looking for a real good day trip to scout it out. Then plan a camping/riding weekend in the future.

Went to Big Scrub on Saturday. It was a BLAST!!! Great trail riding, some open areas to let the hammer down.
But a lot of whoops.... Love them whoops!

The damage toll.. 3 bent/dented rims. The trails are through some heavily wooded areas, and hitting a tree branch that is laying across the trail at 40+ mph is going to bend/dent the rims. Used the good 'ole wallup stick (hammer) and fixed them right up.

Definitely will be back up there (maybe once a month).

Croom is next on the list!!
