Default 1st time at La Dunes....

This was my first weekend at the dunes & also my first weekend on my new bike (03 shee Limited Edition) I must say I had a pretty good time except for the fact I got smoked racing over by the lake.....I am going to buy some paddle tires this week (Geckos 20x11x10 maybe) not really sure what to get or what size...I would like to be able drag race and ride the dunes....Please send me suggestions..........Shaun

Hey man what day did you go ?.I was there sunday on a yellow Polaris.I think your best tire would be 21x12x8 haulers, depending on what mods your gonna do,will determine the number of paddles.Maybe some of the Banshee guy's on here can help you out.Glad you had a good time.Hope this helps .Later.

Hey where exactly are the LA sand dunes? Is it worth a road trip from south florida?

I don't plan to do anything to my bike right now other than the paddles I will prob stay stock for awhile...it is kinda hard to explain to my wife why my pipes just all of the sudden started shinning and there is $600 missing from the checking account........I have to sneak it out $200 at a time. Are the haulers good for all around riding?????

How did go this weekend? Didnt get to make birthdays and family in at house. Couldnt very easily sneak out without 4 of my cousins wanting to go. I'm selfish that way. Going riding in to weekends. Anyone going.
