You MUST HAVE a spark arrester to ride in any State or Nat'l Forest. The noise level is usaully expected to be reasonable also. Remember when you ride in a State or Nat'l Forest you should respect that no all people like to hear your ATV a mile away.

I have heard that they will check for the arrester and it will be a hefty fine if you don't have one. We need to get one for the Big Gun system...and fast.

Word of caution to campers at Camp Ohio....The game commission was parked up near Williams campground waiting for bikers traveling up the gravel road to enter the trailhead there. He was issuing tickets! Didn't see him when we were there a few weeks ago, but keep an eye out as you crest the hill towards Williams. I stay at Williams anyway, so crossing is legal for us as long as we're not testing the road out.

Otherwise, the trails were great, unchanged from fall. We put a hundred miles on in two days...easy. There's a trailer set up at the big creek crossing on the main corridor for pop and grub, etc. Have fun!

Steve
Thanks for all of the information on Wayne. We have called Williams campground and already have reservations for July 6, 7,8,9. The way they talked, the trailhead is right across the street from them. See if you can make it that weekend, the more riders the better!!! Again, thanks for all the information.
