Anyone here going to Silver Lake dunes on Friday the 25th of April? If so, let me know and we can get a group going.

 

Well, I can't go on the 25th, I'll have to be home workin, but I went today for opening day and let me tell you it was SWEET!! All of the washboards have blown shut, and you can really haul a$$ and not get beat up too bad. The third hill after test had a straight drop on the backside, and there were a lot of others that were nearly straight up. They have made a couple of changes kinda temporarily. Right now, everyone is going up and coming down on the exit ramp. They said they were doing some work to the sides of the entrance ramp. now that I think about it, the fence was down on the entrance ramp last year...
They didn't check me for a spark arrestor, or sound output. All they checked was the flag height. I could have run my T-4 wide open, but I didn't have the right endcap with me, plus I didn't want to take a chance on burning a valve. Something you 2-strokers don't have to worry about...
