I hope they run out of room before the Press 1 for English stickers have to be applied.

im glad the makers of utv's are winning. lets be honest with ourselves, when something goes wrong, typically its the rider, not the machine. i have been riding off road vehicles all my life. there has never been a time when i was hurt that it wasnt operator error. if the operator would ride within the limits of the machine and their ability, there wouldnt be a need for all the litagation. however, i am guilty of this. take some personal responsibility. if you screw up and get hurt, its typically your fault!!

Honestly, the other OEM's should be grateful that Yamaha has been spending the money to defend themselves and the Rhino in court. Because they are winning these cases, I am sure it makes plaintiff attorneys less in a hurry to run out and try to get a RZR or Can-Am owner to file a lawsuit. When the history of cases shows that they will lose....it's not such an easy way for anyone to make money. Yamaha's success in the courtroom translates into ALL OEM's success when it comes to side by sides....
