WHY??? Who in there right mind would want to spend tens of thousands on a machine that you cant drive??.....what fun would that be??

I don't see the point either. Even if it was for law enoforcement as it appears this on e is, its creepy and dangerous. You can't just go point to point in an offroad vehicle. Its not like driving on perfectly smooth paved roads. Even if it has sensors to detect pedestrians, it can only react not anticipate where they will go. It will plow someone over eventually.
