can someone help me

i just bought a 30mm carb for my blaster .and i cant get it on all the way.i have one black wire an dont know where it goes.could someone tell me.

i had no problems getting mine on. just make sure if you are still using the tors that its not hitting the frame or gas tank.

Black is normally ground if its all alone by itself............
