Default Banshee Woes

I just bought a '97 Banshee, been ridden, thats for sure, but only major problem so far is sticking throttle. Checked cables, all appear to be free, pulled slides out of carbs, clean and free. If you snap the throttle it will wind down, almost like one of the slides is binding, any suggestions?

It's a common Banshee problem. This link might help you.

my friend has a 95' blaster that used to have a problem like that too. so he brought it to a cycle shop (this thing was beat, and he didn't have the time to fix it) and got it back with no problems at all.
