I recently purchased a 2001 Wolverine. It seens in excellent shape. The only concern I have is after I've been riding it for a while, I hear a slight ticking noise in the engine at idle. During cold start up, I don't hear it. Is there something possibly wrong or is that just the way it is? Also, the seller told me that he had it serviced last year at the dealership including the valve adjustment. Any input would be appreciated!

 

How loud and how noticeable is it I think all 4-strokes have a tick. If its louder than you think you should get your valves adjusted again maybe just check the clearance.
