Break in the motor then get the Toomey T5 kit and Cool Heads with 19cc domes. Oh yeah, don't forget to add a Rad Valve with Pro Reeds and a boost bottle. If you shop wisely you can do all of this for around a $1,000. This setup should do you for awhile.

What should you put your money into first because you want to race???
If you've never raced before, then you might want to forget about making this quad faster. That's a pretty bad thing to do if you don't know how to use the power yet on a race track and the suspension is still stock.
Spend your money on making it handle better, and put better suspension on it. All the extra power you'll get from motor work will be a waste if you can't get through the corners and rough stuff. Find out what the racers are using in the type of racing you want to get into. Just slapping on T-5's without any thought to where you're going to race might very well make you go slower, not faster.
