Ok, I have decided to get a Raptor, but I want to wait for the 2004's to come out. Where would be the best place to get one from? The lowest price I have found for one is $5,475 in that is in Mississippi, but I will have it shipped to me if that is the best price around. I would like to find a place around Colorado that has decent prices so I could take a weekend and go pick one up when they come out. They will be out on June 5th right? Also, where would I find a ATV cover that I could put over it when I am not using it, or when I have it on the trailer, and I don't want the rain to get to it or something like that? Thanks, Ryan

Not sure on the price thing, but as for the cover I know you can get one on the Yamaha site...

ATV Cover

Good luck on the price, and happy riding... I know you will enjoy your new Raptor!!!

I find that hard to believe, when they are retailing for around $6500. Unless the vast majority of folks in your area are into uiliy quads and they are trying to get rid of them.
try these folks

There is a place in Mississippi that sells Raptor OTD for $5475.... When I sent an email about shipping, all I got back was "no ship." So, you would probably be better off finding one locally

I have another place in Mississippi called Hattiesburg Cycles, and I know that they are good to do buisness with because we just bought two Grizzly's from them. They are asking $5,699 and we got the Grizzly's shipped here for $377 each so that leaves me at $6076. Does anyone know of a better place than that in Colorado? Thanks, Ryan

Dude, I don't think you'll find it better than that. IMHO.

Sounds good, I tried to give them a call today, but I guess they are closed this late. I will call them tomorrow and ask about the 2004's and see when they will get them. Anyone know what the 2nd color is going to be on the Raptor? Thanks, Ryan

I got mine locally for 5499........and then the NY Gestapo Tax Mavens whomped me with 450ish(8%!) sales tax which brought it up to 6100 after freight and prep and tax.
They claim to already have 04's in stock and ready to go.......but I know they will not ship them.

Also, many covers will thrash the plastic if you trailer the quad with the cover on,so might not wanna cover it to trailer it.
Rent a u-haul and get some ramps and drive it right in.....hahaha.
