My moto 4 did that. When the wheels are off the ground you can move the wheel side to side and the bushings were shot in the a-arms. When you spin the wheel does it spin easily or does it spin roughly? Your bearings might need replaced if the wheel spins rough.

could be the alignment. my bars used to shake at high speed. turns out it was toed-in more than an inch! I took delivery of it new that way. a tape measure and a few wrenches and you are set.

point the wheels straight ahead and measure from one point on the front of the tire to the same point on the other tire.
then measure again at the back of the tire, and compare the numbers. it should be neutral or maybe toe-in [front of tires closer than back of tires] by a very small amount, mybe 1/8 inch.

it only takes a minute to check and if thats ok then you know youll need to look at bearings and hubs. try and do the simple stuff first..

Is it only at high speed?

Are you running slime in your tyres?

when i have the front end lifted up i can move the tires side to side a tad bit. No i am not running slime or any thing in my tires. Could it be the bearings are going bad?

Side to side is hub nut is loose. Tighten it. If it was the bearing it would have a woble and or grind to it.
