Should i buy a banshee or raptor?
#1
i live by a few very large sand pits and open fire roads and i have a friend that just bought a raptor and im not impressed with its top speed(72mph)no offence but for a 660 that kinda sad, i mean a banshee can do 75mph and it's only got a 350 twin(173.5 per cylinder)and the raptor is $2000 more. anyways wut do u think i should get +(i wanna kick that Raptor's ***)

If you have a LT250r and you are asking this queston, then I think ether you dont have a LT250r or you dont know anything about quads. I dont mean to be rude. The banshee is a 2 STROKE...Like your LT. that is why is is "faster" for the engine size. In reality the raptor would beat a banshee on dirt because it can get traction, while the banshee's tires just spin. A banshee would have a slight advantage in the sand though. So there ya go.

hod do you figure that a raptor costs 2,000 dollars more than a banshee last time i checked the msrp were not nearly that far apart. If your going to leave the bike stock i would get the raptor (less maintnenance, close performance) if your going to fix it up get the banshee (more hop-up potential)

go with a shee it excels in the san and open stuff.
like he said it 2stroke vrs 4stroke
a general rule of thumb for 2vrs 4 is you need twice the displacement on a 4 to compete with a 2. thats why a 660 4stroke is comparable to a 350 2stroke
but ya id go with the shee for your type of riding. the banshee is a bit cheaper and has more mod potential plus your used to 2stroke power.
as as for blaster2088 a blaster is for sure not as fast as a raptor or banshee.

Banshee is king of speed. Simple as that. Dime for dime no other quad can keep up. Obviously you dont understand 2 stroke and 4 stroke though. A 4 stroke only goes pop every other time the piston comes up. A 2 stroke goes pop every time the piston comes up. Therefore it makes 2 times as much power (its not anywhere near that simple but its the general idea).
