I think when the real races start alky runs with alky and gas with gas. Before the class races start i want to run everyone reguardless of displacement or fuel.

The alky should be in the super modded classes and the open classes where any thing goes. The air shifters and timers should only be in these classes too. I can see some lightning by unbolting certain things, but the quad should have to start under its own means. NO PULLING! A pull start should only be allowed if the batter (stock battery) is dead. May be have an unbolt rule. No more than 2 things off each bike in the stock classes. ( ex; brakes 1, head light 1, front fenders 1, heal guads 1 )

As far as the wheelie bar goes, they should be allowed for the safety factor as much as anything.

It would be cool to have a tree. Running a pro light and first to the end. This keeps all the starts honest.

Tech or Trust? I don't care, I'm running the open class.

Also there should be a class open outlaw. Thats were any motor on any frame. The other classes should have the same type motor as the factory frame is. I know some snowmobile motored bikes that could show up.

I would hate to get beat half track by one.

Ward I'm still not happy with the classes. Where is the fatman class?

 

Even though I am not racing i think all should be fair as far as lightning goes. I dont see a problem with removing stuff to make it lighter the only exception should be it has to start on its own till maybe the open class. Of course this is with safety in mind!!!

 

There is way too many DS riders to run only one fatman class. I believe he fatmen will outrun all others to the food line. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Come on Adam. Is there no truth to the rumor that all ds riders are big boned? I know there is more than one fatman going to Aledo. If there isnt good for me. I will take 1st place in the class. Except if my brother shows.
