Default Blaster oil injection

Someone tell me once again what all I need to do to convert my 2000 Blaster over so that I can mix my own fuel and by pass the oil injector. I have never tried this before. If someone could walk me through it I would be greatful.

Trenga Racing offers a block off kit for about $30. It very easy, and the kit comes with well defined instructions. They also have illustrated instructions on their website to further assist. Wont take but an hour or so.

You can do it for about 2 dollars if you want, with out splitting the cases. this is what i did

-Removed the oil tank
-Remove the side pump cover (were the 2 oil lines go in)
-Unplug the oil lines from the pump (now we are done with the pump... mine never seized up, still pumps oil if i want it to)
-Slide the big line (from the tank) out and discard it
-Do the same for the smaller line that goes to the carb, but do not remove it from the carb
-Fill the rubber gramet with silicon that help the oil lines in the pump cover
-Now cut the line that come off the carb 2 inches out
-Screw in a wood screw that seals the hose up
-Now you spent 2 dollars on a Block off kit that can be reversed (easily) if you want.

-Now mix your gas at 32:1, i suggest using a 'ratio-rite'

Thanks to everyone with the info they have giving me. Thanks Blaster96 for your detailed info. You also answered my next question, on how much to mix. I think that I will do that. I do not want to split the cases right now. Is that 32:1 per blaster tank, by the gallon, or what?

Also how does this compare to the kit as far as performance is compared?

I use Maxima's Castor 927 2 stroke oil. The 16oz. bottle mixes with 4 gal. of high test gas. I think the 32:1 is per gallons. Im not sure what the ratio means though. hahahaha

32-1 ratio means 32 parts gas to 1 part oil. Whether it's gallons, ounces, whatever. A gallon is 128 ounces, so a gallon of gas for 32-1 you will need 128 divided by 32 = 4 ounces of oil. You guys had math, right? (or were you looking at Dirt Wheels in class)
