Grizz vs Raptor valve springs

Grizz vs Raptor valve springs
Does anyone know the difference between 03 grizz valve springs and 03 raptor valve springs.I heard that the raptor springs are stiffer.Do raptor springs fit on the grizz? if so,is it a good idea?
