Guys, i completely agreee with wearing helmets. But I'm not talking about going fast or jumping, etc. I just got my warrior and I'm still in the "break-in" period. I ride in a huge field @ work and just putter around a bit. Just wanted to see if someone made some goggles that were a little more like glasses that would still keep dust and wind out.

Thanks.

If your going fast enough that you want to keep the dust and wind out... your going fast enough to wear a helmet.

Ask Ernie660 about just cruising aroind in a big field without a helmet, sometimes the urge just overcomes you & you punch it, next thing you know you hit a trailer head on!!!!

OK most of us won't hit a trailer, but I know how I am when I'm on my quad, the only times I don't wear a helmet is,
1. Loading it in my trailer, it's an enclosed trailer with a ramp so not much worry there.
2. Riding to the bathroom at camp, I camp in the North camp at Sahara & fast riding is not tolerated, no problem there.
3. warming up my quad in the pits, No fast riding in the pits is allowed & I have my drag setup on (solid struts, rear tied down solid & wheelie bar) & it rides verry rough so once again no problem.

Now any where else I have my helmet on & wear goggles.

Now back to the subject,
I wear Scott Model 87 turboflows, never any problem with fogging.

Raptorracer1 how do you like the light sensitive goggles??
I have clear for night riding & smoked lenses for day riding.
Do the light sensitive lenses work well enough for night riding & bright sunlight??

Try a speciality sunglass store, saw some bug eye looking glasses with an elastic rap around. Bought them to wear to ride over to watch the hill races, good for keeping all that roost sand out of the eyes. But seriously, wear a helmet, friend of mines mom just got out of intensive care, went to start out from a dead stop, and got too close to the sholder of the road, 30 feet down and a cracked skull, don't know if she will ever get her short term memory back. She wasn't going even 1 mile per hour.
