Its sweet in the trails....easier/better on hills than my 'she. Just had it over on the Hatfield/McCoy trails. Still need to clutch it if revs drop off too much....but you'll have that when you get to this type of machine. A friend of mine has a Raptor and its not as 'friendly' in the woods as the YZF as the speed increases. Feels a bit more top heavy when the going gets rough and you have to make quick decisions, although his *is* stock....i've ridden modded versions and it hasn't been the case. All-in-all, the YZF is a excellent quad for the woods...although better skids would be nice ;-) But hey..its not for sissys. I love it!

so your saying this bike is gonna burn up pistons pretty quick? its not gonna last for years and years?

With some hardcore woods riding...you will want a new *** at the end of the day. The seat is tiny (so is the whole quad, ergonomics seem poor and SO SMALL) and hard. If your a big guy, stay away, you'll be rubbing your knees with your elbows.

Don't get me wrong...I've seen many videos of them trailriding and they RIP like no other. I'm just not sure if you can RIP it up for long without having to stop riding....
