Raptor Subframe
#1
I know of a guy who created his own subframe making it 1in. lower. I was wondering if there is any aftermarket subframes and who makes them. What benefits can be had with an aftermarket subframe.

Since my original 01 subframe was aluminum, the Lone Star is heavier. But I'm sure it's much stronger. I didn't weigh the two. However, I did pick both of them up at the same time, and I'm guessing the weight difference is only 2-3lbs at most. It was $367.00 and came powdercoated in my choice of color. I went with silver vein.

Turbo33, can you use the RPM subframe with the 1-piece Pingry battery box/airbox? That would be great to get the rear end a little lower without having to go to a lowering block for the linkage. Thanks for the info guys!
