ASR A-arms????? Help...
#1
Ok I installed my new +2 +1 ASR A-arms and heim joint tie rod ends... Has anyone had any trouble getting the front end adjusted properly after this?
My quad will pull really bad with a slight turn of the wheels in either direction. I have adjusted them in, out, up, down, and it seems that nothing helps. I am currently running stock shocks until I can get another set. Does the +2 make that big of a difference to where the stock shocks just will not work? I know it seems to compress them pretty bad, and I did adjust them up to the tightest adjustemnt, but it still seems that it compresses the shock quick which ever way you turn the tires (which is what I think is causing the pull).
If anyone has any tips in getting the adjustment tunned I would greatly appreciate it!
Please let me know something before I wrap this darn thing around a tree because it gets real squirely on anything above about 30mph.

If you don't have problems bottoming out with the stock shocks, and I mean no matter how big you go you don't bottom out. If you bottom out you will need new shocks. Even if you set up the preload all the up it will not matter as the valving is what really helps the problem. As far as adjusting the setup good luck. Measure the setting at least 3 times to be sure.
