WSHrdskn- I do not know the weights of the riders involved. All i was trying to say is the small craycraft runs good even against quadfs with lots more $$ in them. The mild 686 is not built to dragrace the hi comp is. The mild one is a great all over quad. Have fun roostin. Not trying to ruffle feathers.

Bob Craycrafts personal raptor is a mild 686 and that was his choice for a ride. His son has a hi comp 686. I have thought to build one myself

 

Does sparks have a fast ltz? What did the sparks 690 dyno?

 

I dont know what the 690 dyno'd but yes he has a real rocket LTZ400, he had built it to a 435. The bike was smoking everything last memorial day weekend at Pismo.

 

Did it beat your bike? Was it on AlKY? Got any pics of it?

 

It beat all the 4strokes out there. No pics, It was yellow with the fenders cut.

Bigbaja told me there was a nitrous Raptor out there but I didnt see it anywhere. I would have liked to see how that ran with the bottle.

 

i saw him out there. I lined up with him, but that was as close as he got to me. he had his bottle tucked up by his left foot if i remember right
