I was at Pismo on Sat. of Memorial Weekend. Chad ( Blue 690 on race gas with additives) was the fastest fourstroke at the drags. He beat the Z400 by at least 5 bike lengths each time they raced. I am sorry we didn't meet up. I am interested in seeing the bike of your friends run. I have a black Raptor with a Sparks 690, a midrange cam and sand skate1's. The last two times that my bike raced the Z400, I lost by one half to one bike length from it. He was very fast and only weighed about 80 lbs.

ok, which Z was you looking at? There was two of them, one was fast and beat my Raptor and the other was rocket fast and no 4 stroke could touch it. One had a sparks pipe and one had an e-serries pipe.

 

I seen a few blue 690's run but they didnt go as fast as this last time I went on June 9th. My buddy of mine has Sparks tune his 690 almost every other month and it runs pretty strong(But now he dont have it anymore) after he was hearing what Curtis is doing with the Z's he sold it and let Curtis have his Z now. He should have it out in a week or so. I know he will want to take it out the first weekend he can and I hope I can go. I will post here the next time we go.

yeah, isnt that the truth!! Everytime there comes a fast bike there is all ways going to be someone faster, as matter of fact, as long as there will be quads, Man and women will all ways have a faster one than before...... I say women cuz I seen some nice built bikes and some nice looking women riding them[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

 

This bike is owned by Bruce Shirly, I believe. His kid was riding it. It is fast, and built by Curtis. It is the one with the Curtis Sparks pipe. For the blue 690, it is owned by Chad a friend of Curtis', I don't know his last name.

 

lol yeah hot chicks ride some nice bikes. But they are our bikes. LOL you actually think they like us because of our personality...pa-lease

 

Man, I wish I could have seen that blue raptor against it!! That would have been a sight to see cuz that Z was flipping fast!! That was the one I was talking about. Did you see the one with the E-Serries pipe run? I think he was blowing some air when he told me he just put a slip on and a 39mm fcr carb on it. It sounded to me like he had a high compression piston when he started it up.

i know this one guy. Had an ugly azz banshee and he was dating this hot chick. And he wanted to test her to see if she was really going out with him because she loved him. So he told her he sold the banshee that she always rode and that he didnt have a quad for her ride now. So the following week she dumped him. Go figure...quad hooooooooooooe
