Are you sure the motor mounts are okay? those top ones like to shear right off. If its not that, id be a lil worried. Dunno what to tell yah. Have you recently had the clutch cover off messing with that stuff? or the flywheel side?

yes ive had the clutch cover off and everything in there looked fine. havent had the flywheel cover off yet but ill check on that too.when it vibrates i can tell its not in the transmission, sounds like its in between the clutch and the head, so something could be wrong with the flywheel. You dont notice the vibration when its idleing till u rev it up cuz it only vibrates when it hits certain rpm's. i will take off the flywheel case and look at that and let u know what i find if anything.

Retighten the engine mount bolts, When i put the motor back in mine it felt like the motor was gonna vibrate out of the frame, but it turned out the mounts didnt look it but were loose, take a ratchet and wrench and check all of them.
