I am looking for new tires for my 03 shee (the stock ones suck). What do you recommend for front and rear. I mostly trail ride with times in a few sand pits.

Thanks

Maxxis Razr2's. They are sweet. They have awesome hook-up and durability and they last a long time too. I have been racing on the same set since last fall. And they still have 80% tread left! Love em.

I went with the ITP holeshot xcr's on my raptor. It handles better, and seems to hook up more. Dirt wheels loved them, they weighed the least out they poled better lap times on them. Though, any variation can give you a better lap time. They also have new ITP holeshot
xcr-03's that are suppose to be pretty sweet. They are 6 ply, and still weigh less then most 4 ply, including their own holeshot xc's. They make the matching front ones as well, but they are 6 ply, and I just dont see the need to have that strong of a tire up front. Up to you, guess the type of riding you do would decide that. I just went with the xc 4 ply up front

Thanks guys. I think that I am leaning toward the Razr2. I just need to find a place that has them in stock. Rocky Mountain says they are out of stock going to have to call them and see how long it would take to order them.

Thanks again

I HAD THE BANDITS ON THE REAR OF MY BANSHEE AND I LOVED THEM. I RODE MOSTLY IN GRAVEL PITS AND ON TRAILS. THEY WORKED EVEN BETTER WHEN I TURNED THEM AROUND(SWITCHED THEM SIDE TO SIDE) THEY WORKED EVEN BETTER IN THE SAND THEN

A buddy of mine has a banshee and is committed to the Pure Sport bandits. It has an agressive tread pattern and is very durable with all the wheel spinning a shee does. We ride in the desert which is mostly rock and cactus so durability and puncture resistance is a premium. The Pure Sports have a stiff sidewall so if the worst happens, you can make it back to camp on a dead flat without a problem. I run Pure Sports on my Raptor and 400 ex. I have tried the holeshot 6 ply and those are a good set of skins also.
