Default 2000 Kodiak Blowing 30A Fuses

I have a 2000 Kodiak 400 4x4 that is blowing the main 30A fuse on a regular basis. The local Yamaha shop spent 2hrs and thought they had found a pinched wire, but it is still occuring.
sometimes fuse blows as soon as key is turned on, but most of time within a minute of starting and taking off. Bike has not been in water, is garaged and used very little, primarily for hunting. Purchased new and this is the first problem. I am open to any suggestions at this point as to what may be the cause and how to troubleshoot.
