Default Yoshi Pipe Springs?

Has anyone else out there with a Yosh full system have any problem with the pipe springs breaking? The one on mine that attaches the header to the mid pipe on top always breaks. It has probably done it 5 or 6 times. What would cause this? It is installed correctly, and they are the right size springs. Recently I have just left the top one off and have had no leaks or rattles, would this hurt anything to run it like this?

Thanks for any information.

Yeah mine broke after 2 weeks. I called the factory and they sent me 4 new ones. Check where you attach the spring. My springs were always rattling against the pipe. So i bent them out a little and work good now. I dont think you have it installed wrong it is something with the springs. Call the factory and tell them you need some new springs they will probably send them for free.

Are you sure they are breaking or just falling off? A factory tech told me to attach them to the bike with safety wire so as not to lose them when they fall off. They sent me two free of charge.

I don't know how the springs could just fall off, they're a pain in the azz to get on. Mine have yet to break, but when they do, I'll call the factory for new ones and also ask why so many header bolts are being broken by their pipe.

I am sure mine broke. Because the spring was hanging there and the other end was gone.
