Default Raptor question. HELP!

I was riding today with my girlfriend, and as she was riding the exaust pipe fell off. The question isn't how to put it back on, I figured that much out. But the mounting bolts came loose. I have alot of problems with stuff coming loose. I have been threw alot of bolts, 7 total that mount the grab bar. Now 2 on the exaust. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

I haven't had any trouble with bolts coming loose but if you want a cheap way to solve your problem buy some loc-tite. Check your bolts after riding and if any of them keep backing out smear a little loc-tite on the threads and it should stay in. Just make sure you get the blue stuff so you can get the bolts out later if you need to. The red loc-tite is like concrete when it dries and you'd probably need to heat it up to get the bolt loose.

you should always check your bolts for any losening before every ride...with all the vibrating going on while riding, things are bound to losen up...I've lost a couple of screws from my heel guards, but that's okay..getting some new gyt-r one's soon...treeshot has a good idea though..some loc-tight or something similar will keep em in place..but they should still always be checked...

With all that torque and power and vibration, things are gonna loosen up for sure. In trucking we call it a pre trip inspection, there's certain things you have to check before heading out, same for quading, checking air pressure, oil level, lights, water and at least hand check as many bolts as you can. Loc-tite is the answer, but even they can back out so, still check them.
