I have always heard that the 2000 Griz had larger header studs than the Raptor, so I went to my dealer today to get some. When I got home I realized they were the same size as the Raptor stud, 6mm. I went back and after about 20 minutes of discussion, we found the right part. It is PN# 95617-08625-00. It is the header stud for an '02 Griz. It is 8mm. And they only cost $0.99 each! And they fit right in the Yoshimura clamp holes with no drilling required! It looks like Yosh made the header clamps anticipating 8mm studs.
