Default making a sleeper blaster

I want to start doing some crazy mods to this thing to make it fly. I was thinking that my next mods should be a 240 kit, larger carburator, porting, and a longer swing arm to help keep my front end down. Of course there is no way that I could afford all of this at once so this will be a work in progress for the next couple of years. If I put $1000 bucks in mods in this thing will I ever be able to sell it for $2500. It's a 2000 blaster that I bought for 1500 a month ago.
