Default A couple tires...help!

I have Maxxis Razr 2 tires right now. But lately we have been doing some trail riding that requires crossing large patches of pavement. Well I want to save my Razr 2's, so I'm going buy some new rear tires to help save my Razr 2's. Here is what I have found so far...and note, I have a 12 tooth sprocket to gear down if I had to...which I don't figure I will.

Maxxis Sur Trac = 22's weight 19lbs/2ply

Maxxis All Trac = 22's weight 19lbs/4ply

Dirt Devils = 22's weight 20lbs/6ply

My current Razr 2 = 20's weight 16lbs/6ply

Mud Machine = 22's weight 23lbs/6ply

I ride my razrs on the road all the time and I can't tell a difference in the wear. As long as your not "racing" around on the road and doing burnouts just leave them on. If you must switch though I would reccomend the rear pure sport bandits (the 6plys).

I have 22" Sur tracs on my warrior I ride on the rode a little bit and you can't tell at all. They are great tires for mud too. The are even good in sand I would suggest that you look into these tires!

i've heard the sur tac's are good tires. my buddy runs them.

i may keep the razr's for awhile longer. but i still want some input and what not, so i can go ahead and purchase tires now, and have them for later.

Fast trekkers are a good tire, but they wear fast on dirt much less pavement.

I would go w/ the bandits or sur tracs.

I run Sur Traks on my 400EX and I love them. They are great for dirt/mud and if you flip them and run them the other way they work great in the sand. I run them across some pavement/ gravel roads and haven't noticed any unusual wear. When you run them for dirt they also work very well in sand. I am more than satisfied with mine. I ordered mine out of Rocky Mountain ATV and they cost me about $100 including shipping and tax.
