Torn apart, broken exhaust header bolt, putting back together this weekend.

Which bolt did you snap, and with what exhaust?
Mine was Yoshi, brake side outside bolt. Then the shop was taking out the others to tap to 8mm , two bolts came out and they snapped shifter side, inside just trying to take the bolt out!!!

For once in my life I can happily say this. TOGETHER.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]......that is untill next week when I get my carb in.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

I'm assuming the last one to the right is if you're sitting on the bike.

That's a good idea if the stud's not broken off inside the head. The shop was backing out one of the remaining studs to tap out to 8mm, gave it a 1/4 turn and it snapped, inside the head, exactly like the other stud.

Mine's been torn apart since January, Sad isn't.....Very, very sad.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]
But been riding another Raptor instead. I really need to get that thing back togther. And both my cars are torn down too.
