Torn apart, broken exhaust header bolt, putting back together this weekend.

Which bolt did you snap, and with what exhaust?
Mine was Yoshi, brake side outside bolt. Then the shop was taking out the others to tap to 8mm , two bolts came out and they snapped shifter side, inside just trying to take the bolt out!!!

 

I have a DMC and broke the last one to the right.

 

Guuys with the broken studs have somebody weld a nut on the broken stud and it will come out easy I've had to do a few for my friends.

I'm assuming the last one to the right is if you're sitting on the bike.

That's a good idea if the stud's not broken off inside the head. The shop was backing out one of the remaining studs to tap out to 8mm, gave it a 1/4 turn and it snapped, inside the head, exactly like the other stud.

But been riding another Raptor instead. I really need to get that thing back togther. And both my cars are torn down too.

 

3 ready to ride 1 rideable putting in head light in so nose plastic is off, 1 having a little internal work, darn Lt putting new clutch rollers in.
