I Hate Jets

I think its true that if you have a rich running engine you should have a black sooty plug. White would seem to me to indicate a lean mixture as well, but im no professional. I hope someone else with experience can help.

What I mean is the mid range is rich and the top end is lean. I figured it out though. Too much cam overlap + not enough back pressure was messing me up. I put a piece of aluminum tape over the end of the pipe and it ran right till it tore in half.

Jakalwarrior has the clip on the most top notch on the needle. WAYYY to lean. I even saw the plug.

I am not real familiar with the Warrior carb, but I would suggest checking your float level. If the float level is too low, it can run rich in the midrange but then on the top end, no matter how big of jet you use, there is not enough gas to feed it. I will bet that if you raise your float level a little bit it will fix the lean problem on top. Then you can work on the rich mid-range.
