im not sure the yfz is all that great on trails. it is great for mx and im pretty sure dunes. it has aluminum upper a-arms, and i have heard stories about them bending or denting easily. a great quad tho.

 

Why get a yfz for trail riding? Im sure they can handle thier own on the trail dont get me wrong but I think the raptor would be more suitable as thats really what its made for. Now if hes wanting to throw some mx in there I think thats where the yfz really shines. My .02. Later
