Raptor Jetting/GYTR Kit?

I have a 2001 Raptor and run with no airbox lid w/K&N ProFlo, dyno jet kit, I think 148/150 mains, FMF hi flow header w/GYTR carbon fiber silencer and was wondering if anyone runs a similar setup and needed to change their pilots? Mine just starts to hesitate and not respond to well when loaded on at slow speeds, like up a hill past clutch engagement, if it stalls, I have to pin it an clear the carb WOT and then it will run and try to run it half to full open to make it up the hill after it seems to flood out.... It didn't seem to do this from what I noticed right after the mods, just lately... I see the GYTR jet kits come with pilots, I was just wondering what size to run with my mods, and what size the pilots are in them kits?

Have you checked your floats? They seem to have a mind of their own once the bowl is removed. If you notice problems when the front tires are higher than the rear, I'd bet your floats are allowing too much fuel in the bowl and flooding the pilot circuit.
When I ran DJ needle/mains, I got best performance with 146/148 and the needles on the 3rd groove from the top. My pilot screws were 2.25 and 2.75 turns out with the stock pilot jets. I am at sea level so higher altitude would require smaller main jets.
