you mean the idle mixture screw? its on the bottom of the carb toward the motor. Rebuilding one isint a whole lot different than a 2 stroke except you will have to get the cam chain back on in the right place. Just make sure you have a manual and youll be good to go.

I am right in the middle of doing the exact same thing you are wanting to do. You can do it all your self except u have to take it some where to get the valves taken out, you have to have a speacial hammer slide thing. I am going to say that they hardest part of it is going to be setting the timing. but its not all that hard i have been told. good luck.

Slide hammer is cheap, but that just takes out the rocker arm shafts. I doubt youll need to replace them unless they are old as dirt or your putting in a new rocker/cam setup. A warrior motor is really simple. The head is totally self contained and comes off in one piece. When you put it on all you have to do is hook the cam chain back up and bolt it down. Ignore torque specs though, Get as close as you can but when the stuff starts to flex back off. On the little clutch cover bolts and stuff, COMPLETELY ignore torque specs unless you like to drill broken bolts out.
