Default Flipped wheels?

What exactly does it mean when someone says they flipped their tires/wheels?

wheels are often offset from centerline so when you flip the wheel around, you change the width of the quad.

I dont think there is any bad side effects besides your valve stem will be to the inside but who really cares bout that if you wanna flip them. I think Id rather have wheel spacers just cuz I dont like the looks of flipped wheels. By the way your screename is sweet. Just 1 calorie not evil enough.

if you flip the stock rims on a Raptor the valve stems will hit the break caliper. You will have to get flush mount valve stems or relocate your stems to the other side of the rim. Or get spacers.

Just install a valve stem pointing inside the wheel in it's normal spot, and drill a 1/2" hole on the other side which will now be facing outwards for another valve stem.

oh i dont know if i saw it already but by doing that it exposes your caliper and the things that used to be coverd up to hitting rocks or debree... easier to clean though.

It's the same as adding spacers. You have all the same risks of damaging a-arms, tie rods and shock mounts, but you also add the risk of wacking your front break rotor and caliper on a rock because now it is totaly exposed. Better off buying a set of spacers til you can get a-arms and shocks.
