my worst would be 5 cartwheels at about 60mph (5th gear) with no helment or any kind of riding gear. luckily it was sandy...i didnt break anything but i still have this pain in my tail bone and neck.

 

i was riding my raptor with my friend on his 250yamaha 3 wheeler, anyways i was showing off pulling a catwalk, next thing i know i was going way too fast coming towards this bridge, it was the scariest thing ever, anyways i turned hit the brakes and my quad fell to the left of me crushed me then rolled, bent the handle bars, took out a light, i was blacked out for a few seconds, theres 2 funny things about this story though..i told my dad there was a rabbit LOL, and i thought i couldnt get it started then realized it was still in gear, i couldnt walk for like the next 2 days.....my dad was sooooooo mad

 

Look on my pics page to see the worst wound I ever got riding!! It was not the worst crash but it hurt the most. I was riding the DRZ in my pics and went around a blind corner and there was a quad comming the other way. We hit head on and the result is in the pic. I had to have skin graphs done and was in a bed for a month. It was not that fun.
