Default Wolverine for plowing

Hi all, i'm looking at a '99 Wolverine 350 4x4. Is that a good machine to plow with or is the gearing not "geared" for working? heh heh, excuse the pun

We have a wolverine and will push Damp snow up to 1 foot deep down hill no problem. Across works as well. But The biggest problem we seem to have is loosing traction. chains would fix that though.
