First of all tell your buddy to stop "blowing" your quad
Did you mess with the choke cable or the throtle cable when you pulled the carbs?
You need to loose the lid for sure if its still on there...just cut holes in it

 

sounds more than rich.i think sixsixT is right, it sounds like you bumped a float and its floodin' out. I don't know about raptor carbs, but my float setting was screwed upon my blaster when i bought it and it took forever to get it runnin right again. GOOD LUCK!

oh yeah, BE GENTLE!!!!! a little float adjustment goes a LONG way!!

 

i made no adjustments to the choke cable or throttle cable. i think im in a bit of troble. i wanted to go riding this weekend. if i dont fix this by tonight than im taking it in to the shop!@!^$#!^#$

 

You can check the float level in about 5 minutes with a piece of clear tubing, it's very easy.
