Check out denniskirk.com or rockymountainatv.com, they have axles....I think you could get a durablue x33 with billit hubs for like $450. I wonder what you did to bend your axle if you dont jump, I weight in the 230-240 lb range and I jump my raptor all the time, small and mid size doubles and table tops. I guess I should look and make sure mine does not have a slight bend in it, but so far I have not noticed anything wrong.

 

I have a durablue I'll sell you for 225. I just traded my Raptor in and took all my parts off of it. It sell for 289 brand new. I know I don't won't to give it away!

Go with a durablue axle there strong and the people at durablue will help you with anyproblems if u have any. I tried lonestar and strongly dislike them .

 

Almost everyone on the H-bomb forums said that the RPM axle is better and stronger than both the durablue and lonestar, so you might want to check out those axles also.

 

RPM Is the best axle money can buy but is also the most exspensive axle money can buy. I wouldn't go w/ durablue, heard too many bad things about them. LSR is good also but RPM has them beat buy far but its gonna run you about 400$ and some change.

Scary, I know this is a topic that is always in debate, but I know I've heard that the wheel spacers put extra pressure on the axle/a-arm when used because of the "extra leverage" the wheel then has on the axle/a-arm. I know some guys say its true, and some say its BS. But I have a friend that says he's seen in person 3 guys snap axles/a-arms from running wheel spacers. Which is why I decided against running them. I know you said you don't really jump it, but maybe when your friend jumped it he put enough pressure on it to bend the axle. Just a thought, my .02
