BJC- You are full of Sh#t. For one I can tell that you are lying. I used to work at a Polaris dealer and I know for a FACT that a dealer wont lose his business for turning in warrenty work. And if the the dealer won't do work on it is probably because the damage was your fault.

BJC- I do not buy that, we had a polaris that had a problem and the dealer did not want to warranty it so we called Polaris up directly and they made sure to call the dealer and tell them to take care of the problem, we have had two problem's with polaris, but they have took care of it every time, NO MATTER WHAT you buy, every model will have some quads that will have defects

 

Polaris bikes aren't as bad as people make them out to be. My sister 97 trailboss 250 is stock and it kills my blaster from 0-25 on pavement. They get off the line quick and don't wheely which is good for drag racing. After I hit fourth though it is all over. Any way if they took 100 pounds off of every bike they made they would be alot more fun. Polaris has room for improvement but It's not like you can't have fun on one.

P.S. I would take a Predator over a Raptor.

 

I love my Pred and have not had any problems with it that were not self inflicted. I have riden quite a few different brands and models I must say that I like them all. They all have their place that they shine. Let's face they are all money pits and if you don't expect to break something then you are persuing the wrong sport.

how does a gutless trailboss beat a blaster off the line? u must SUCK at shifting. also its a banshee under my name. why? because i wanted an 04 ds but changed my mind. that polaris sportsman 600 is junk. i know my anti freeze leaking 700 was. o yeah my prairie 650 easily beat it. also my stock blaster gave it a run too. its junk. polaris is called junk SO much more than any other company. OH MY GOODNESS WHY IS THAT????????

 

yes they are sometimes, everyone thinks the sportsmans are like the best, i am not impressed at all by the 2 guys with 700s i rode with, i dont think polaris sux cuz of this its just the machine

 

I'm trying to see things from your point of view but I can't shove my head that far up my ****. I just sold my '87 trx250 and bought a '99 Scrambler 500. Love it! love it! Love it! I maintain my scrambler like recomended and it has never let me down. I have gone where a z400 couldn't. I have pulled out too many stuck quads to mention but one was a Yamaha. Keep your Yammer and I'll keep the ho500.
