How offened does your raptor break just alittle curious because mine breaks every 2 weeks

 

I thought it just my luck, but guess I'm not the only one. I've had my raptor 2 years and going on 4th piston 3rd cam 2nd head and its getting old fast. can you top this?

 

Mine has a life span of
1 practice
1 heat
1 final moto
1 lap afterward
and then its back to the shop for repairs/welding

 

fIREFLY I WOULD WATCH WHO IS INSTALLING THOSE PARTS ON YOUR BIKE,THERE IS NO WAY YOU SHOULD NEED TO REPLACE THAT STUFF IF IT WAS DONE RIGHT..jMo


SHE'S RUNNING STRONG AND I MAINTAIN HER BETTER THAN MYSELF..

 

The only time my Raptor broke down was becuase of my own stupidity! Please do not take this as me saying you're stupid. Mine is an 03 model though so I'm hoping it wont break down out of its own stupidity for a couple more years!

 

my raptor is a 01' and i have broke most every thing on it. it has been raced 1 and a half years.
here's my list,

1 stock swing arm
3 lonestar swing arms
2 stock axles
2 durablue axles
1 stock front shock
1 complete tranny-$1700 in damages
2 frames

all of this is the standard breaking items, if you race alot.
you guys are listing engine parts and my engine(knock on wood) has never broke.

 

my own stupidity broke 1 head and cam, piston #2 a wiseco siezed, #3 a JE had defective wristpin, the second cam was just a $hitty cam so I got rid of it. I am having a hard time getting it back together after piston #3 went sour. nobody seems to have a 101mm 11 or 12-1 piston

 

ive had my rap prolly longer then all of u and i ride it every day, i have only had to replace the bearings,thats all

 

So far the clutch basket broke and one way went out. I've had it for about a year and a half.
