Default Coughing Sound on my Raptor

Ok, I know this is a bit hard to visualize, but here it goes.

History:
I recently had the choke cable replaced on my raptor. They told me it was stuck or frozen halfway open.

Now:
At very low RPM, like cruzing the 15 MPH zone at Pismo, my Raptor Coughs. Kinda jerks forward and back. At first I thought it was that boot going to the Carb, cause it was loose. But I dont think so I tightened it, and still happens. Almost seems like its starving for Fulel or Air, not quite sure.

Back to Shop:
Yamaha says nothing wrong, just needs to warm up. Bullsh*t I say, but hey, I am not the mechanic.

So any help Greatly appreciated.

Sounds like carbeuration problem for sure. It sounds to me like its probably runnig lean.
Take it back or to another dealer. And be sure and tell them its did not run this messed up before they "fixed" it.

Also if you have a problem with the dealership try calling the regional manager for Yamaha. and let Him pressure the dealer.

Oh yeah, Be sure to tell them that you know they did inferior work, as evidenced by the loose boots!
