Lectron equipped Raptor

Good idea, as usual!
No ride report yet. Somebody forgot to remind me I don't have any lower shock bushings. So I have to see if I can find some today.

Well I finaly got to go for a ride today with the new carb. Its pretty nice. I can't really say yet how much I actually gained because I haven't dialed it in yet, but I feel like I gained a good bit. I think that most of the benefit is going to be (roughly) up to 7,000 rpms. Now this is just what I felt today with the limited amount of time I rode. I never even tried to adjust my power jet for the top end. It is a WAY smoother running Raptor over the stock carbs converted to methanol.
I am running a 14/40 w/a stock swingarm and I need more for dirt drags now. I can CONFIDENTLY launch in 3rd with absolutely no bog at all.
I can "re jet" in max of ten minutes, and thats WITH all the plastic on the bike.
My throttle cable should have been 8" longer and it would make jetting even easier.
I did find two problems, 1: I can't easily use the choke because of where it is on the carb; 2: there isn't a drain for the bowl without pulling the line off of the power jet but its not really long enough.
Sorry this is so scattered. If you have a question I will be more than happy to answer.
Did I mention I can adjust the carb with EVERY single bit of the plastic on my bike?

I think its big enough. I had to lean it up a little from the way Joe sent it to me.
lilnotts, I taked to 3 differnt carb guys. I asked them what size I should get. One of them was an Edlebrock guy so he said whatever their carb is. The other two, who came highly recomended, both said 44mm. I asked why not bigger, and they both gave me the answer of it being simply bigger isn't better. If I could get the 44 dialed in I would have as much/ or more gain from it as I would a bigger carb.
This maybe a stupid question but out on the power jet is more rich, right???
