Default Cooling intake air

I was contemplating various ways of cooling intake air before the carbs. Anyone ponder this? I think it could be done easily by utilizing the battery,

Default Cooling intake air

Only way to cool something other than an evaporator is to compress it, radiate the heat, and then when you decompress it will be cold. Nitrous already does that since it comes compressed and cools when you decompress it. What about one of those electric intake chargers though, if they just do a touch on a car, they should actualyl give some boost to a quad.
