I am wondering if it would be worth it to continue to spend money on my Raptor to make it faster, or would I be better off (faster) selling it and buying an '05 YFZ when they come out? I have not raced one, so I don't know how the will run with my bike, but I have been hearing alot about YFZ's with only a few cheap mods tearing alot of pretty modded Rappy's up. I am thinking about selling it and starting with a clean slate. The Raptor's price had gone down around $800 by the time the 02's were out, so I should be able to get a YFZ for around $6k. What are your guys' opinions on this?

I am going to order new paddles tommorow (hopefully) for Sandfest, though.

If you ride MX, get the YFZ. I have $15k in my MX Raptor and the bolt-on YFZs will run right with me. They are unreal, I think I need one:-)

 

I just posted a message titled YFZ Impression.... overall man its a great bike, but for me spending most of my time on the trails... the raptor is the best one of the 2. It is an incredible bike though!! VERY Fast!
