i'm gonna go a 12.1 piston, port and polish but i cant decide who's cam to go with. i was thinking about going with a stage 2 with springs but alba racing says the webcam works better. any suggestions would be great

 

Stage 2 with springs. Alba is smoking crack. I would not deal with a company that told you that.

Hot cams are the same material hardness as your rockers. (equals less wear) and no core charge. The hot cams stage 2 is way above the web 696 or 737 cam.
